John serves on the Missouri State Senate (District 26) and was nominated to the Board by the Franklin County OATS Support Committee. “I’m all for helping those who are underserved when it comes to transportation,” he said when the local OATS volunteers nominated him in 2005. “Every person deserves to get to where they want to go in an efficient manner.” John is the Vice Chair of the Transportation Committee in the Legislature and also serves on the Joint Committee on Transportation Oversight.
