Nolan McNeill
Nolan G. McNeill, Southwest Region - President
Nolan has served on the OATS Board since 1986. He has been President of OATS Board of Directors since 1993. His leadership and commitment to the mission of OATS has prompted his fellow Board members to elect him to this position every year since. In this position, he has been a great motivator to staff and Board and inspired them to embrace change and be flexible which has been key to the organization’s success. He is a retired Missouri State Representative (District 131) and is currently a self-employed farmer in Barry County. He currently serves as Chair of the steering committee for the National Resource Center on the Coordination of Human Service Transportation.
