Dorothy Yeager

Dorothy was hired by OATS on November 30, 1987, as Communications Assistant. Four years later, she was promoted to Administrative Services Director. Dorothy now serves as the Assistant Exectutive Director, administering personnel and benefit policies and designing OATS publications, including The Wheel, the Annual Report, a monthly employee newsletter and general information brochures. She also serves as Vice Secretary of the Board of Directors and assists the Executive Director with grant and funding management. Dorothy has an Associate’s degree in Communications from State Fair Community College and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. She is also a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM).
