City of Grain Valley:

• This transportation is for residents within the city limits of Grain Valley. Trips must be within the city limits of Grain Valley or Blue Springs. 

• Seniors age 65+ or individuals with disabilities. 

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.     

• $2.00 each stop   ​

City of Lee’s Summit:

• Any trip within the city limits of Lee's Summit.

• This is General Public Transportation for anyone of any age in the City Limits.

• Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• 3.00 each stop    

 

City of Blue Springs:

• Any trip within the city limits of Blue Springs.

• Seniors age 60+ or individuals with disabilities..

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

• $3.00 each stop

 

 

Blue Springs to Vesper Hall:

• Monday through Friday 

  • Pickup time: 8:00a.m. - 9:00a.m.

  • Delivery time: 10:30a.m. - 12:30p.m.

  • Return time: 12:00p.m. - 1:00p.m.

• Seniors 60+ or individuals with disabilities.

  • ​There is no fare for this route. Call the Senior Center at 816-228-0181 to ride.

Drivers no longer accept payment from riders on the bus. Riders can add funds to their account before riding and each time they ride the fare will be withdrawn.  When calling to add funds to your account a minimum amount of $10.00 is required. You can send a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to the OATS Transit office if you do not want to pay by credit/debit card
