Lincoln County 

OATS Transit is available to anyone regardless of age, income,

disability, race, gender, religion, or national origin.

Same-day & next-day reservations are taken from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

All other reservations are taken from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

The LINC (Service for Residents of Lincoln County)

Service within Lincoln County:

  • Monday - Friday

  • Fare is $2 per stop

 

Service to St. Louis Co./City for Medical Appointments Only

  • Wednesdays and Fridays

  • Fare is $10 round-trip

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays

Service Lincoln County to Troy & Troy In-Town

  • Monday through Friday

​Fares (one-way for Above Routes):

  • $2.00 for in-town riders*

  • $3.00 for county service*

  • $4.00 going to an adjacent county *

  • $10.00 round trip (or $5.00 one-way) for long-distance travel.*

  • $1.00 fee for each en-route stop*

Seniors age 60+ and individuals with disabilities riding under the AAA contract do not have a set fare but are asked to contribute a minimum amount for their rides. ​

InterCity Express to St. Louis:

InterCity Express Routes can connect you with other modes of transportation such as Amtrak, airports, and other city bus services. 

 

Service along Hwy 61 to St. Louis

  • Wednesday & Friday

Traveling into St. Louis on either I-70 or I-64 as far east as Grand Street.

Destinations must be within five miles of the highway

Appointments must be between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Fare: $10 round-trip*

Riders are asked to meet the InterCity Express bus at the established pickup points; however, the bus will deviate off the route up to 5 miles to pick up the people who cannot get to the pickup points.

Fares apply to general public riders; those age 60 and older and/or with disabilities who ride under the AAA contract do not have a set fare but are asked to make a contribution for their ride.

*Drivers no longer accept payment from riders on the bus. Riders can add funds to their account before riding and each time they ride the fare will be withdrawn.  When calling to add funds to your account a minimum amount of $10.00 is required. You can send a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to the OATS Transit office if you do not want to pay by credit/debit card.
