Maggie Meltabarger Celebrates 25 Years with OATS Transit




(Columbia, Missouri, September 5, 2024) – Maggie Meltabarger of California, MO, is honored by OATS Transit for 25 years of service with the company. OATS Transit is a rural nonprofit transportation provider that serves much of the state of Missouri.

 

Maggie started with the company on September 30, 1999, and is an integral part of the Mid-Missouri operations. She has worked in several communities around the state and currently serves as a Team Leader helping to train fellow drivers. “Maggie truly embodies OATS Transit’s mission daily,” says Gary Anspach, OATS Transit Mid-MO Regional Director. “Her passion and commitment to her riders and fellow drivers is invaluable,” added Anspach. In 2023, Maggie was honored by the Missouri Public Transit Association with a Transit Champion Award at their annual conference.
