OATS Transit Drivers Receive Transit Champion Awards



 

Columbia, MO. – September 6, 2024. Eight drivers from OATS Transit were honored with Transit Champions Awards at the Missouri Public Transit Association annual conference in St. Louis.  Their managers nominated these individuals for their outstanding commitment to OATS Transit and public transit.  

 

·         Howard Nevins- Fenton MO

·         Dan Langendoerfer- Columbia MO

·         Peggy Taylor- El Dorado MO

·         Randy Hillyard- Bethany MO

·         Frank Seiberlich- Washington MO

·         Rick Painter- Aurora MO

·         Patty Robinson- Hannibal MO

·         Shane Johnson- Grain Valley MO

 

Each driver was recognized at the state conference, and will be included on the Association’s Operator Wall of Fame. The Missouri Public Transit Association is a Missouri non-profit, membership association committed to improving mobility in the state.  It was formed to provide a unified voice for public and specialized transportation providers in Missouri and to work toward elevating the status of public transit as a national priority.
