(Columbia, Missouri, September 8, 2022) – OATS Transit is pleased to announce the appointment of Rhonda Proctor to its team. Proctor joined OATS Transit as the new Marketing & Training Specialist at the company’s headquarters in Columbia, MO on September 6, 2022, and will oversee marketing and training needs for the corporation.
“We’re excited to welcome Rhonda as our new Marketing & Training Specialist,” said Jill Stedem, OATS Transit Administrative Director. “She will be an excellent addition to our team, while bringing a wealth of experience to our outreach efforts and training programs,” added Stedem. For the last five years, she was the Communications Specialist with Boone Electric Cooperative in Columbia, MO. Prior to that, she was with the Masonic Home of Missouri and the American Red Cross.
“I am honored to be part of this incredible not-for-profit,” said Proctor, “OATS Transit’s mission of enhancing the quality of life of their riders by providing safe, caring, and reliable transportation services resonates with me. I’m looking forward to supporting OATS Transit’s riders, drivers, and staff.”
